Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
Uniform Rule 23 be waived for SENATE BILL NO. 250 "An Act                                           
extending the termination date of the Council on Domestic Violence                                  
and Sexual Assault; and eliminating statutory references to the                                     
network   on   domestic   violence   and  sexual  assault"  and  for  bills
